Drive a Sports Car as a Couple near Buenos Aires

This article is currently available in Spanish. A native English version is coming soon. Quick summary: this is not a simulator, a go-kart or a "rent a nice car for photos" deal. You drive a real BMW E36 328i — inline-six, rear-wheel drive, manual gearbox, locked diff — on a closed track in the outskirts of Buenos Aires, and you learn to slide it with an instructor beside you. As a couple you do it by turns: the instructor plus ONE driver are in the car while the other films from a safe spot, then you swap at the 30-minute mark. Both of you drive, one after the other — never both in the car at once. This is an adventure plan, not a romantic dinner. No manual-driving experience needed: you learn in the first ten minutes. No license required (private closed circuit, ID is enough). Drift for two is $500 USD (30 minutes each plus an edited video), full payment to reserve. Premium option, a full hour each, is $1000.

For the full breakdown of how the rear-wheel-drive car feels, pricing and booking, see the Spanish version or message us on WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions

Do we both drive the sports car at the same time?
No. The instructor plus one student are in the car at a time. While one drives the BMW E36, the other films from a safe spot on the track and takes photos. After 30 minutes you swap. Both of you drive, taking turns, not together in the car. This is an adventure plan, not a dinner: you each put on the helmet and drive, one after the other, and both end up with the same shared story.
How much does it cost for both of us to drive the sports car?
Drift for two: 500 USD for the couple — 30 minutes at the wheel each, with instructor and an edited video of the day (250 per person). Premium option, a full hour each: 1000 USD for the couple — 60 minutes each. Full payment to reserve (pesos at the MEP rate, cash dollars, USDT or transfer).
Is it dangerous, and what if we cannot drive a manual?
It is an adrenaline activity under controlled conditions, not street racing: everything happens on a closed track, no traffic, with the instructor beside you each run and at manageable speeds. And you do not need to know how to drive a manual: the first laps are for adaptation and within 10 minutes you are driving the E36 with some ease. A driving license is not required either, because it is a private circuit: an ID document (DNI or passport) is enough.
How is it different from a simulator or a go-kart?
Here you drive a real car: a six-cylinder BMW E36 328i, rear-wheel drive and manual gearbox, with real weight, sound and the smell of burning rubber. A simulator is a screen and a seat: the body knows there is no risk and it does not stick the same way. A go-kart is real but a different discipline — it does not slide like a rear-wheel-drive sports car and has no manual gearbox. This is driving a real sports car, taking it to the limit with an instructor beside you.
