The time window and how many participants fit into each day are written into the quote: there is no fixed figure that works for every group. There is a single car, and between one student and the next it has to sit still and cool down (on 24.08.2026 it was parked for close to half an hour between runs), so the rotation cannot be compressed. It includes a joint initial briefing, track turns with an instructor, the cooling breaks and a wrap-up. Transport and catering are not included in the base price, but we coordinate them and connect you with providers who have worked previous events.

It depends on the format. Gift vouchers (individual executive or VIP client) are booked with a 50% deposit by bank transfer on confirmation: the voucher is issued once the deposit clears and the rest is paid on the day of the activity. Group events with a set date are reserved with a 50% deposit by bank transfer, and the balance is paid before the event: cash (USD or pesos), transfer at the daily P2P rate, or USDT.
